Today we welcomed Clint Wright from Threesides to Therapy Masters. As the clinic was specifically designed as a treatment centre for massage therapy, I think Clint was very impressed with our little unique touches - spacious treatment rooms, warm and inviting decor and interior design, electric massage tables, dimming lights and individual sound systems in each treatment room. He also checked out our treatment menu and range of retail products. Hopefully we'll see Clint on a massage table soon for a treatment! He also pushed me out of my comfort zone and in front of the camera (personally I much prefer to be behind one)!
We then had a short meeting on how I was progressing with my homework assignments to date. We currently have a three pronged approach to generating more business at the clinic:
1) Encourage existing clients to come back through utilisation of our existing database;
2) Generate new clients by building relationships around the CBD; &
3) Continue my PR and client awareness program by implementing an ongoing newsletter.
