The first meeting for the Blitz competition was at Link Digital on Friday September 4. Here we met the other competitors - Rowena from Striped Mouse, and Glen and Duncan from GPT Design. We also met our panel of experts - Phillip from Schmooze, Clint from ThreeSides and Steve from Link Digital. The process of the competition was outlined for us and we were then each assigned one of the panel as our Project Manager for the remainder of the competition.
We will be working with Clint Wright from ThreeSides which is a local marketing company who specialise in marketing including online strategies and training. Each week the panel will set us tasks to help us complete our desired goal by the end of the month. We will also be having one-on-one meetings with our Project Managers, conference calls to check on group progress, as well as receiving updates on our performance so far from the panel. We also need to provide feedback on our "homework" and how we are learning and coping with the Blitz experience.
As you can see we've already started our campaign! We're trying to come up with innovative ideas to help us market ourselves better.
