The Footeez is as a self massage tool designed for the feet and iliotibial band (ITB) of the outer thigh. The Footeez has been specifically shaped to target these two problem areas. Add it in to your regular stretching and self massage routine to aid the release of the muscle and fascial tissue in these areas. Regular use will aid the reduction of pain and ongoing symptoms in these areas.

The Ice Mate is a reusable ice pack with a neoprene compression strap for ease of application. Simply fill the screw top bag with ice cubes, slip the pack into the strap and place the strap on to the area which needs icing. The treatment option for any acute soft tissue injury is RICE: Rest, Ice, Compression and Elevation. This is the perfect addition to any first aid or sportsperson’s kit.

The Pocket Physio is a small resin prism that was developed by physiotherapists to help relieve muscle tension and trigger points. Help manage your soft tissue pain and tension by utilising this with your self massage routine. It’s the perfect size to carry in your pocket or bag.

Posture Pro is designed to release muscle tension by simply lying on the device and rolling or moving the body back and forwards over it.
It can be used against the wall or floor to treat the muscles of the back, gluteals and feet. The Posture Pro can also be hand held and rolled over the arms, shoulders and legs to decrease muscle tension and pain.

The Stretchband is made from high tension webbing and aids stretching regimes and range of motion (ROM) exercises. Regular stretching improves flexibility, aids soft tissue recovery, reduces muscle tension and assists with pain management.
Stretchbands are available in 3 sizes dependent on your height.
