Cancellation Policy
A cancellation fee is charged when a client cancels an appointment with less than 24 hours notice. Cancellation fees will be charged at a flat rate of $40 for any appointment that is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice. Failure to attend your appointment without any notification will also incur the cancellation fee of $40.
Please Note: Worker's Compensation clients who cancel their appointments with less than 24 hours notice or who fail to attend their booking will forfeit one hour of therapy from their treatment plan.
Concessions
We offer concession rates to full time students and holders of current Health Care and Senior cards. Concession rates are $5 off our standard treatment prices and the purchase of gift certificiates. Concessions rates are not available on our packages, on Hot Stone Massage or Lomi Lomi treatments (whether booked as a treatment or purchased as a gift certificate).
Gift Certificates
Gift Certificates are available for all our treatment options. They are valid for 6 months from their date of purchase.
Payment Options
Payment options are Cash, EFTPOS and Major Credit Cards. Unfortunately we do not accept cheques, American Express (Amex) or Diner's Card.
