At Therapy Masters we are happy to accept Workers Compensation clients from most of the major private insurance providers, as well as from Comcare and the Military and Rehabilitation Compensation Service (MCRS).
We require our compensation clients to bring to their first appointment an approval letter stating:
- their insurance provider,
- their case officer,
- the claim number,
- the billing requirements of the provider,
- and the frequency of treatment they are allowed to receive and the end date of these treatments.
This ensures that your claim is approved and that you can start receiving treatment immediately. Therapy Masters are happy to bill your insurer directly, so you can receive your treatments with no out of pocket expenses.
Please also bring with you the contact details and/or reports from your other medical practitioners (including physiotherapists, osteopaths, specialists, surgeons etc) and any films/Xrays/scans and the associated reports which you may have. Initially we need to take a detailed medical history, before getting to any hands on treatment. We will then design a treatment plan, tailored specifically to you.
We also offer a report writing service to assist you when seeking treatment extensions from your insurer. This is only offered to individuals who receive ongoing treatment at Therapy Masters. A fee may also associated with this service.

(Please Note: We have a separate Cancellation Policy for Worker's Compensation clients. If a Worker's Compensation client cancels their appointment with less than 4 hours notice or fails to attend their booking, they will forfeit one hour of therapy from their treatment plan.)
